Throwback Thursday: Foggy Mornings and Foam Lines

Wait for it. Sometimes foggy morning fishing turns on like a light bulb.

There’s nothing quite like being the first rod on the river in the morning. Watching the morning break on the river is something we wait all winter for, and with a big runoff coming from recent snow and rain in the Missoula area, it looks like we’ll be waiting a bit longer. But when those mornings break, they break wide open and it’s on. So here’s to foggy mornings and floating an early fly down foam lines, and a to a #TBT that can take the edge off the winter weather.

This foam line will do nicely.
